Privacy notice

Aldrich Labs · effective 1 July 2026

Who I am

Aldrich Labs is Will Aldrich, a UK-based sole trader building websites and AI automation for small UK businesses. For anything in this notice: will@aldrichlabs.co.uk.

This website

This site sets no analytics or tracking cookies of mine. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run the service. If you play the embedded demo video (Loom) or book a call (Cal.com), those services load their own content and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies — nothing loads from them until you use those features.

Business outreach (why you may have received an email from me)

I contact UK limited companies — never sole traders or personal addresses — about their website or business workflows, one email at a time, written and sent by me personally.

Clients

If you become a client I hold your contact and project information to deliver the work and meet legal obligations; invoicing records are kept as long as UK tax rules require. I never sell or share personal data with third parties for their marketing.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Email will@aldrichlabs.co.uk and I’ll act promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
